To ensure your installation runs smoothly and efficiently, please review the information below before your appointment.

🚨 Before Your Installation Appointment
Suitable Parking Access Required
Please ensure there is suitable and safe parking available for both:
- Your vehicle
- The installer’s van
Our installers require close access to your vehicle to safely unload tools and equipment.
Where possible:
- park in a driveway
- allow clear side access
- avoid restricted parking areas
- avoid underground or height-restricted car parks
If parking restrictions apply, please inform us before your appointment.
🔧 Vehicle Access Requirements
To complete your installation efficiently, all required vehicle doors must be fully accessible.
Please ensure:
- side loading doors can fully open
- rear doors can fully open
- no shelving or cargo obstructs installation areas
- interior access is clear if internal protection plates or slamlocks are being fitted
Restricted access may delay installation times or prevent certain products from being installed safely.
🚐 Glazed or Damaged Doors
If your vehicle has:
- glazed doors/windows
- existing body damage
- dented doors
- misaligned locks
- previous repair work
Please inform us before installation.
For damaged doors, we may request photo evidence prior to your appointment to ensure compatibility and correct fitting procedures.
This helps avoid delays and ensures the correct products are prepared for your vehicle.

Installation times vary depending on:

- number of products
- existing modifications
- access conditions
Average installation times per item are approximately:

🧰 Installer Arrival & ETA Updates
Your installer will contact you before arrival to confirm their estimated arrival time.
If the installer is delayed by more than 30 minutes, an additional update call will be made to keep you informed.

Payment is taken after installation has been completed.

📡 Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
This policy helps us manage installer schedules and appointment availability fairly.
